I’m the CTO of a great company in Franklin, TN and I get to work with some of the best and brightest people I have ever been around.  I love to eat, I love to cook, and I love being a dad to my three kids.

I’ve worked in IT for nearly 15 years now, and I realize that my industry suffers from some serious PR problems.  In all honesty, those problems were well earned by years of abuse heaped onto the non-technical by those who were in the know.  As business became more dependent on technology for life-sustaining functions, IT folks were allowed to exercise more and more technical skills and were allowed to ignore the “soft” skills.  This resulted in the “Nick Burns” syndrome that has come to be the poster child of the modern IT worker.

I am on a mission to help business get the most out of technology.  I am on a mission to help technology workers understand business.  I am a chubby computer nerd.  Hear me roar.

Dave…you are my hero…and one day my friend, we will rule the world. Of course I will be your gardener or lawn care tech, or some other menial thing, but that’s all details.
